How do I set up and use Emergency SOS mode?

To set up Emergency SOS, follow these steps:

1. Tap the "Settings" icon.
2. Locate and tap "Emergency SOS."
3. If necessary, tap the "Auto Call" slider to enable this feature.
4. Locate and, if necessary, tap the "Countdown Sound" slider to toggle the 3-second warning tone on/off.
5. If you would like to program emergency contacts to be notified when you call emergency services, tap "Set up Emergency Contacts in Health" and follow the prompts on the screen.

To use Emergency SOS, press and hold both the PWR/LOCK and VOLUME DOWN keys until you see "Emergency SOS." Then, slide the "SOS" icon to the right. If you need to cancel the call to emergency services, tap the "End Call" icon on the screen. Then, tap "End Call" before the call is completed.
