How do I reset or change my account password?

Forgot your Password?


We can email you a link to reset it.


After entering your preferred username, select the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions on resetting the password.


NOTE: You will need to have access to the email address on the account.


TIP: Not sure which email you used? Enter it as the username and we will confirm it for you.



Change Password


If you simply want to change your account password, follow these steps:


1. Log into your account using your current log-in information. Username can be one of the following:

  • Email used to set up account
  • Phone # - 10 digit phone # including area code
  • Device Serial # - typically starts with 35 and is 16 to 18 digits long
  • SIM Card # (typically starts with 89 and is 18 to 20 digits long)

2. Once you have successfully logged in, select Account & Payment > Account Info

3. Select Edit. You will be asked to provide a 2 Factor Verification by having a One-Time PIN code sent to your phone number.

  • NOTE: You must have access to the phone. The phone must be on and able to receive texts.

4. Enter the One-Time PIN.

5. Update your password and hit Save.
