How do I set Screen Lock?

It is recommended that you secure your device using a Screen lock. This added level of security helps prevent someone from accessing your personal data, apps, and email account. There are a variety of screen lock types with different levels of security.

To access the screen lock options:

1. From the main screen, tap the "Apps" icon.
2. Tap the "Settings" icon.
3. Slide the screen up to reveal more options. Tap "Lock screen and security."
4. Tap "Screen lock type."
5. Select the desired screen lock option and follow the instructions on the screen.
   Note: Be sure to select a screen lock option you will remember, as it cannot be reset by the provider.

You can also setup a numeric PIN or password to be entered before your device starts up.

1. Tap "Lock screen and security."
2. Tap "Secure startup" and select an option.
